By accessing or using PDF Toolkit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Permitted Use
PDF Toolkit is provided for lawful personal and commercial document processing. You agree not to upload materials that are unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Ephemeral File Handling & No Data Guarantees
You acknowledge that PDF Toolkit operates an ephemeral processing infrastructure with automatic file deletion. We are not a long-term file storage or backup provider. You are solely responsible for maintaining local copies of your original files.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. PDF Toolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
